DARLENE BONNEWELL, our principal facilitator, has a reputation for tackling the toughest issues.

Darlene's business background in marketing, sales, and customer service will help you create a positive corporate image and develop strong customer care programs. Darlene utilizes a number of assessment tools, including the popular DiSC Personality Profile SystemŽ to determine specific training needs.

In addition, her mystery shopping service has assisted hundreds of companies in identifying areas where improvement is needed. With this valuable information in hand, Darlene is able to design training programs that develop skills in sales, leadership, supervision, telephone technique, and customer service.

As president of Creative Career Consultants, established in 1984 in Clearwater, Florida, Darlene developed custom-tailored training programs for Central Florida businesses, from small startup companies to large, established corporations.

In 1992, Darlene contracted with an international seminar company to broaden her exposure in the global marketplace. This partnership afforded her the opportunity to present training programs in six countries on more than 30 topics.

As a tribute to her success in the training field, Darlene was invited to participate in a speakers counsel, an elite group of speakers providing feedback to executive management.

Today, through her own company and an alliance with an international seminar company, Darlene develops and presents training for employees in sales, service, medicine, government, military, education, manufacturing, and technical environments.

Darlene's background began in the study of business administration and marketing and includes extensive experience in real estate and project management.

Prior to forming her own company, she was vice president of operations for the third largest development company in the nation. In that position, Darlene was responsible for over 600 employees at 38 locations across a nine-state region. That experience allowed her to gain hands-on knowledge about the challenges we face in accomplishing our daily tasks.

Darlene's programs are designed to reinforce the concepts that allow us to strive for excellence through continual skill building, time management, conflict resolution, goal setting, effective communication, customer service, and sales. Today, Darlene's client list reads like a who's who in business, including many of the world's most respected companies, such as Walt Disney, Travelers Insurance, the US Department of Education, just to name a few.

Her interactive workshops and practical application, delivered in a laugh-and-learn environment with high energy and enthusiasm, have earned Darlene a reputation for high-quality training that gets results.
